The Dusted Cup is a plant based functional mushroom café in downtown Portland founded by Stacey Propst, a naturopathic medical student and nutrition science graduate passionate about helping people feel better through food and drink. What began as a personal experiment in her kitchen eventually grew into a wellness café built around functional mushrooms, herbal medicine, and nourishing plant based ingredients. Every drink and dish is created with intention, combining cacao, matcha, therapeutic mushrooms, and carefully selected herbs designed to support energy, focus, immunity, and overall wellness. At The Dusted Cup we believe café culture can be both delicious and deeply nourishing. Our house blends feature real fruiting body mushrooms and thoughtfully sourced ingredients without artificial sweeteners or fillers. The result is food and drinks that support the body while still feeling like an enjoyable daily ritual. From mushroom lattes and smoothies to plant based breakfast and lunch options, everything we serve is designed to help people feel energized, balanced, and cared for. More than just a café, The Dusted Cup is a community space where wellness meets creativity. Whether you're stopping in for a nourishing drink, learning about functional mushrooms, or attending an event, our goal is to create a warm environment where people can slow down, connect, and leave feeling better than when they arrived.

Whenever possible, we use and source organic ingredients, focusing on quality and transparency in everything we serve.
We’re proud to support local businesses like Tipping The Scales Vegan Bakery in Beaverton for their handcrafted croissants, Puddletown Bagels, and Ota Tofu, the oldest tofu company in the United States right here in Portland.
By working with trusted local partners, we’re able to create food and drinks that not only taste incredible, but support the community around us.
